You can make return requests for our products within 15 days from the delivery date.
In order for the Return and Delivery processes to proceed smoothly, you can first create a return request from the My Orders page and follow the instructions here.
In the free return process, shipments other than the cargo company we have contracted with are not accepted.
When delivering the product to the cargo, the company code 398930223 must be notified to the cargo officer.
The cargo officer realizes the shipment by viewing the address and contact information of our company through the company code.
